Submersable engine
 

The submersable engine is almost as funny as the "real Jeep" line.
I was posted in Moose Jaw where the Sask Ds used to like to regularily ford the Iltis's (or is it Ilti ?) . Too deep and you broke the bow wave and sucked all the water into the air cleaner duct. Plus we were forever having to remove the headlights to drain the water out of them (they aren't a sealed beam)
