Ron, could have lent you an original! Had loads of these in the past.

Cheers,

Lex

WHAT! Why did you need these Lex? Are you winding me up? Maybe bring me one on your next visit :) Ron

Ron, was this a standard fitting on a mk2?, I would of thought a mk1 would of had the same as they have the pintles for aerial use of the bren, not seen this before.

Well, I have the drums (had hundreds) and the brackets came in the wooden boxes for the drums, together with the other accessories....

Kev here is a picture that Ross sent me of the MK1 set up, which I think is what Lex is talking about.
Here also is one of the pictures he sent of the MK2 which has the bracket permanently fixed on top of the engine deck on at least some configurations. Ron

I have 1 complete set still... Keeping it though... But could have got the fitting copied if realised you needed one.

I do still have a spare magazine crate which i'd sell at 100 gbp plus p&p.

Tim, I might be interested, if the wooden dividers are still in there??

How much are the round drums going for now? have seen one for 1500 quid! that was a while ago, wish I kept some more!!

Lex

The wooden dividers are missing - unscrewed- should be easy to replace and noone would know... Planned to do it myself but not got around to it. Stencilling on box is nice.

Well, I have one box with the wood missing, but it's not that easy to replace, a friend did one, and it's all fiddly bits and felt and stuff. that's why I asked :D

At least I have loads of ex WD woodscrews.......

Cheers,

Lex
