CMP trucks & parts for sale
Well known Ontario collector Dennis Walker has decided to thin out his 40+ year collection. He has a variety of CMP and other vehicles for sale most he has owned for many years. I have no financial interest in these vehicles and encourage interested parties to call Dennis at 905-934-5371 for more information.

Pictures + 1000 words.
Hi Bob
If you wish I can post the pictures you have which may greatly improve the chances of selling for Dennis and stir up interest. Send me a PM and will forward my home email. If we can tie down a asking price for specifics will also help greatly. Cheers |

I would encourage interested buyers to actually see the vehicles in person.
They are located between Hamilton and St Catherines Ontario in a rural environment and Dennis can give you detailed directions on the location. The pictures are of the C60x obvious by its size..... the modified HUP in Yellow,,,, and a C30. Many other parts can be seen and only Dennis can tell you if they are for sale. Good luck to both buyers and seller. Bob C |
One more I could not fit in....

Jordan,
Thanks for the pictures. Even rusty CMP's can give us some nice info....like the Cab 11 that does have the eyes on the dash for the door hooks to put the doors in the semi-open position. Often this is described as purely cab12 , but my C8 cab 11 has the hooks as well, just like the front clip pictured, and I think I have seen more examples over the years. Therefor I believe late cab11's had the hooks as well....or possibly a retro-fit. Alex |
Mine has them as well.....
Hi Alex
My cab 11 has the eye and hooks although they do look retro fitted but then my cab 12 have them as well and look like something added also. In som old parade ground pictures previously posted on MLU it showed a tendency to open the cab 11 doors ALL the way back against the cargo box.....possibly for ease of entry/exit..... and often asked myself if they had not been tied back with a rope on the door handle..... no evidence from the pictures. I am sure the practice must have created additional wear spots on the doors and may have caused even more damage driven like that..... Then the cab 12 was fitted with limiting straps...... and earlier model cab 11 retrofitted...... you can tell they were added when you take the door skin apart they do not have the real door strap bracing that the cab 12 had from the assembly line. I am not fitting door straps to my cab 11 and I fully intend to drive it with the door folded back...... even if I need to install removable seat belts for the shows. Cheers |
Hi Bob,
It's funny to see all those detail differences...my C8 does have the hooks, but no signs of the limiting straps ever being fitted. So, I basically have "carte blanche" to drive with the doors fully open like you :D. Alex |
My first CPM was a Cab 11 Ford, and the damage to the doors from swinging open and hitting the trim piece on the cargo box was very apparent. Used more than a few tire weights melted onto the surface of the door to level it out.
