He does have an assortment, but i personally don't see even close to $8500 in parts

If it was worth even close to that any HT guru out there would jump on it.
That is the kind of deal you walk into, pull out a couple grand and tell him you will take all, take it or leave it.
The most valuable pieces are the original armour sections.
