Check out the first item's image: 1942 tow truck, but look in the bottom right of frame: Area those LP carrier axle assemblies, identifiable by the ribbed hub?

I'm thinks ng no,

Having owned several carriers and worked on a number of others I'd say no because the carrier drums are more tapered from the ribbed edge in toward the hub.
Having said that, it could be an illusion of the picture but I doubt it
