S1 Scout Car plate
 

Was going to bid on this, but have decided otherwise, so now can tell eveyone else about it! :smoker:

There were 40 of these S1 Scout Cars built, but only 5 were built by the Victorian Railways.

Wow, that's an interesting thing to find! Wonder what happened to the rest of it.

I wonder whether Bob Schutt knows about this - I don't remember seeing one on his SC1.

There was only one other I have seen, at Sid Beck's museum. Does anyone know whether that's still there?
