M151A2 Jeep with all the goodies

http://www.surfacezero.com/g503/data.../IMG_56212.JPG

Gents, my life is headed a new direction and this Jeep deserves more attention than it is getting from me.

For sale is my restored and registered M151A2. With it goes absolutely everything. Spare parts, working Radios, Cam Net, complete set of personal kit (64 Pattern Ruck, Helmet, Webbing, C1 SMG (airsoft), Bayonet, Gas Mask, Compass etc etc). Everything you could possibly want. It is a turn key operation, and is an excellent runner. Everything works.

I'm looking for $12,500 but am willing to deal. Not desperate to see it go. Buyer must collect it from me as I don't have much spare time these days.

You can read about the resto here:

You can view dozens of pictures here:

I'll post more photos as I get time.

Thanks

Thanks for the kind words Gents.

May have found a new home for it now down in St Thomas, funds and pick-up pending of course.

Looks like this is gone.

Thanks for all of the enquiries.

Robin, here is your answer.

Scott Bentley 02-09-15 20:18

Gone....

Robert A just picked up my 151 a short while ago. Glad to see it will be staying within the MV community and with a great home that has two generations of MV lovers. Thats all a guy could possibly want.

http://www.surfacezero.com/g503/data.../IMG_06058.JPG

Ironically, as soon as it rolled away, I had to unload a new baby carriage. Life goes on.... :)

rob love 03-09-15 00:20

But you could have fit several babies in the M151A2....

Robin Craig 03-09-15 02:58

Please post pictures of the baby carriage and its makers plate. What was the CFR?

Can you change Scotty's moniker from "MUTT Guy" to "Domesticated...no longer available".

Jon Skagfeld 03-09-15 16:38

If it went to St. Thomas, I'm guessing its new home is with the Jeep Troop at the former Elgin Regiment (now a PRes Combat Engineer Regiment)

Rob Aubin 16-09-15 21:54

You are correct Jon, I do roll with the Jeep troop...

2 weeks later and every time I look into the garage the MUTT is still there... the reality has set in and I can only thank Scotty for letting me take this sweet machine from him
