Have you checked U tube ....?

Hi Stuart

Keeping warm I see....

There may be some instructional material also avaialble on Ebay.... possibly CD......

In any event practice, practice, practice will make the difference whatever instructional material is found.

Please share what you find as I agree that some delicate work can be done with gas welding.... after all that's all they had at one time and a skilled trademen could do wonders simialr to the TIG of today.....

Cheers

PS...... we are trying our hands at sewing.... by the furnace where it is warm... and may make frilly curtains for the barn if we get good enough.

Stuart being a welder fabricator I would say if you don't have a tig welder mig is the way to go. there are some fine adjustments that can be made with a mig that can make it so you will have less grinding. If your needing anything tig welded or need help setting up your mig better send me a pm or email.
