5/4 ton ECC question
 

I was wondering if someone could help with the translation of a 5/4 ECC for me.

The truck is recorded as having ECC 123104 it's entire career and served with 30th field Regt. 2RCHA, and 763 Comms.

Unfortunately I have no idea what config that relates to.
