Long shot tire trade?
 

It's a long shot, but does anyone have a single 9.25x16 CMP chevron tire in decent shape willing to trade for this 9.00x16?

I want a spare for the wheel well on my HUP and a 9.25x16 is more correct than this one.

It's located in Canada so shipping from Europe or Australia is probably prohibitive.

comment - Bruce, you are a lucky man. While there's a lot of leeway for CMP parts storage in my house I have never had tires in the library.

Current 9:00x16 don't fit well

The modern 9:00x16 ND or NDCC don't really fit the late side spare tire mount on my HUP. For years the lugs of the tread will not sit down into the carrier lower supports. To carry a spare I had to run the spare at about 10-20 PSI or I could not pull it out of the rack.

Recently when I put all new NDCCs on the HUP I picked the best of the ones coming off and ground down the offending lugs so that I could at least carry a spare with air.

Now this problem might be unique to my HUP, but thought I'd mention it.

PS Not sure it is a real problem for me anymore because I have to use the crane arm on the Pat 12 to pick the tire out of the HUP spare mount anyway. Just can not bench press those tires anymore.
