As the title says and as per below pictures.
Make me an offer that doesn't insult |
Robin, Is this a guessing game? :D
|
Lynn,
good day mate, note sure what you mean by a guessing game. |
I think he means this: Be clear, set a price.
Otherwise, we are playing a game, guessing how much you want to sell for. |
Interesting.
$10 cdn plus postage and it is yours and yes I actually donated $100 recently to MLU |
Hi Robin, I'm not the buyer, nor a mind reader. I offended someone else on the forum a while back, because we were asked to make an offer. I looked at ebay prices and made a judgement and an offer. The guy was insulted.
In that case I did want the items, In this I thought you would see the humour in it. :) |
Lynn, I did see the humour even if I did not show it, I'm good mate.
It was stupid of me to price it that way, I am ok. And it looks like someone wants its it and it may be marked sold soon. |
By the way, this tin has sat on a shelf at Smiths Army Surplus in downtown Kingston behind the cash desk for quite a while, I finally plucked up the courage to ask to see it and upon seeing the markings I thought it should be saved and passed on to someone who can use it. I didn't pay much so I am nt asking much.
|
Cheers Robin. :salute:
Your price would be hard to say no to. Very generous on your part. |
Lynn,
I am assuming that Karma comes around and goes around. Recently I have been fortunate in a number of ways in relation to our hobby that has highlighted the need to be a decent human being and be mindful of what niceties have been visited upon me. I just thought someone here would make much better use of it. Now if it turns out to be worth a million dollars and someone flips it it would be good to think that they might contribute to MLU and I drink Guinness. :drunk: |
Hi Robin,
I"ll take it. Let me know what the postage is to N5Y 5H4, and I will e-transfer the cash, if that is OK with you. Perry |
Dear Perry,
my apologies but it is sold, I need ot mark it as such somehow. |
moderators please mark sold now
