Repro LP Carrier Mirrors
 

Hi All,

Was unable to find a mirror for my LP2 project, so did what any engineer would do and made tooling up to make a few!

They're NZD$120 each, plus postage. As a guide, I've sent one to NSW for around $12.00

Yes, we did everything at home apart from spinning the copper rings. I had a professional metal spinner do those, but we made the tooling to spin the lip over that holds the mirror together. Very neat project, keen to do more metal spinning at home! Cheers

Really nice workmanship well done on that front Alex ! How about spinning some tail lights ?

I've thought about doing tail lights, but as I have a pair for my carrier, they aren't a priority so will be a while away. Current job is making tooling to press lower engine covers. Check your PMs Dale, Ive got some bits for you. Cheers
