CMP Headlight adjustment hardware for ford f60

I'm currently in the process restoring a cab 13 ford f60 and right now I'm working on refinishing the headlight pods. In the process I've run into a bit of a problem where one of the jack nuts for the adjustment screws disintegrated during disassembly and I was wondering if anyone would know where I might be able to source a modern equivalent in either Canada or the U.S.

I think that these would be suitable.

Those look like they might work, I also found some universal fit ones from dorman that I may give a try.

Not sure if these would work.

Page 201 of the Filling Station catalog also has these screws at .50 each. Top right corner.

Yeah , I found these when I was doing my search but it doesn't look like it comes with the nuts, also looking at that filling station link some of the adjuster nuts look like they might work. In the end I might just try my hand at making some I just have to decide weather I want to bother with trying to extrude brass into a jack nut or buy a nylon rod and use a dremel to carve them out
