Set of 4 Dunlop RUN FLAT 900-16 military tyres (WD) for british rims, T24 pattern. One has still bead spacer and inner tube.
Plus two 900-16 US pattern tyres: Michelin and Dayton-Thorobred.

Those resemble in my humble opinion the same or very close to Dunlop Track Grip run flats as used on Ferrets.

Can you look at the side wall markings?

Shame they are so far away
