ID C15 #12 cab: parts ID

Hi All,
Does anybody recognise these 2 parts which came with my C15 #12 cab. Both had original olive drab paint but I have no idea what they are.

Hi All
Its beginning to look like these parts dont come from a C15 no 12 cab after all but they certainly color and patina matched the the rest of the pile of bits so I will have to wait for ideas!!
