1967 M38A1 CDN 2 also near Montreal

Again, this one was brought to my attention over the holidays. This has a very large winch, which doesn't look right. The bumper is notched, and the fairlead is missing. The interior photo shows a winch PTO shift lever, so the winch could be off something else.
