What is missing there ? I cant bolt the front steel plate under the grill on the frame, I thing there is there missing some bracket or an other plate under the radiator?

A Ford F15a or F15 or Ford F8...... and the picture is very dark..... give us a long shot then a close up......

**** I enlarged the picture and you are referring to the rolled pan in front...... seems to be missing a bracket to bolt to .....but again the smaller F8 might be very different......

Iwill try to make a better picture tomorow,
It'a Ford FAT , And yes I talk about the roll part under the grill that seems to be bolted on the frame..

Sorry again but it"s not always easy to explain in english :giveup

Two new picture,I hope it's more clear now; the tree holes of the front roll panel dont match with the holes of the frame and there is a gap between as there is missing something.

Can someone explain to me?
