 M4A4 doesn't use a capillary gauge, all instruments are electric. I think it's for M4A2. |

 Adrian , you are right , if you look on the Cardboard box it says in handwriting M4A2   with a GM number . |

 Thank you Adrian and Maurice for catching my error. I must have grabbed the wrong parts book of the shelf when I tried to confirm the final description. On Sherman parts I have only "book learning" not practical knowledge!   Brian |

 Those are some pretty high temperature numbers on the Sherman gauge. What sort of pressures were they running the cooling system at? |
