Carriers Without Folding Flap. Which ones?
Hi Guys, I just wondered which carriers never had a folding flap on the left side.
Were any MkI* Universals built like this? Or is this just Mortar Carrier territory? |

The installation of bases for attaching upper hull deep fording extension plates caused the folding section to become redundant as it became fixed in the raised position. |
With a small pause in the conversation. So Canada did build MkII* U.Cs. with no folding flap then?
Next question; Did the Brits built MkI U.Cs without the folding flap, other than Mortar carriers? |

The MK-II* (C31UCW) gunner left protection plate is a single plate without folding flap. The profile is similar to the MK-I* when the folding flap is in the raised position. . |
You and me, Michael. Two carrier nut cases under the street light. No one else in sight.
I have more questions, but will go to email. Thankyou my friend. |
