Carrier for sale

This will have to be a local sale if the seller wants it gone now. Border to Canada is closed to casual traffic.

Duane Leiker 15-04-20 01:07

Sorry. I completely forgot that the border was closed.

The border being closed doesn't stop it being interesting to see what is being offered for sale. I can look at things offered globally but realistically will probably only buy vehicles from Canada. Even in the most open of times there are obstacles to export/import of physical objects but curiosity knows no such limit. Please keep posting things that may interest, or inspire action after things open back up. Is there an online link we can follow to see more about this T-16?

For anyone interested in just checking out the posting, here is a link.

It will still qualify for commercial shipment into Canada, with the proper paperwork, however, the Exchange Rate is not at all attractive right now. Still a nice looking machine, though it would appear to have original fuel system issues.

It works out to about $35,000 Canadian. Depending on things like track condition, accessories included, and overall condition, it would be a good candidate for import for someone who wants one. I am not seeing the usual Swiss modifications to this vehicle, so it may be one that headed South from Canada in the first place.

I have always wondered if having an extra road wheel makes this longer than the 3 road wheel type or, are the road wheels spaced differently? I just now came back to this site after kids gone, dad passing, mom in a home and retiring. Life was busy and a little tough. Happy to be back and contribute something.
