Regimental Insignia on the Net?

Does anyone know of a site where I can find downloadable pix of regimental badges and insignia such as shoulder flashes?

Comments appreciated.

Mike

VMT for the replies.

The catalogue is very comprehensive but unfortunately it's B+W; I'll check out the Canuck site now.

Renewed thanks.

I do not know whether this will help you or not but here goes anyway. By the way, would you have a spot of tea for me? At the nearest Naffi. I am sending two separate photos in two separate threads.

Here is number two frame. I think the naffi is a little before your time.

Thanks very much, Norm, for showing those wonderful pix – guess that’s your collection. If so, congratulations on a very fine one. Is what we see your own photograph? What about the orginals?

Yes, I can indeed remember NAAFI tea (1950 vintage) – but was there really bromide in it?

Thanks again.

Thanks for the links – very helpful.

As for National Service – well, it was still going on at the time, but I was a 5-year regular. However, my uniform was light blue. But don’t tell anyone on this forum or I might get locked out!

Mike
