Note Ward La France heavy wrecker which was used to recover ditched Staghounds which was a quite common sight on the narrow roads in the Netherlands.

Thanks for sharing these, Marco! A pity the background doesn't give to many clues on the exact location.
I wonder if it could be the "Haarlemmer hout" in front of the provincial house, where a show was held demonstrating all sorts of equipment.
