Oddities I see include cargo box similar to that fitted to M135CDN, fuel tank that looks oddly wide and shallow, Chevrolet rather than GM badge on radiator and canvas cab roof. Since most C60X had house type bodies, they didn't usually have tool boxes between cab and body.

It looks like a private restoration 'what if' vehicle. All he needs is a HIAB crane and he'd have quite useful truck.
