 Change C15A Cab 13 for Cab12 1 Attachment(s) I found a C15A Cab12 without drive train and i have a C15A Cab 13 y bad condition. The frame is the same in both models? |

At least the cab mounts will be different. Cabs 11 and 12 bolt down to the top rail of the frame while cab 13 has a mount each side of the frame at the front of the cab and a crossmember at the rear of the cab. Others may have more information to add. |

Thanks Grant! The steering column change too? Clutch and Brake pedals linkage? |
|
The pedals are definitely different (and the bracket that mounts them to the frame). I think, but need to check the parts books, that the steering columns can be exchanged between cabs 11, 12 and 13. |

2 Attachment(s) Ok Grant, thank you. Others pic. What the roud hole behing head driver? |
|
I haven't seen that hole before so my guess is that either it was done after military use or might have been done to provide a way for people in the rear body to communicate with the driver. |

In this video can see the holes https://youtube.com/shorts/YsRnWLNSOBo?feature=share |

Also interesting to see that someone installed extra vent doors in the sides of the nose panels.....and L-shaped strengtheners securing the cab rear wall to the floor. I also spot remains of non-standard dash gauges in the gauge cluster and the obvious bars keeping the roof attached to the rest of the cab while driving at speed! Interesting find Mariano! |
