sherman differentials
Hey guys I need some help
I have a one piece sherman diff that I have been rebuilding new gears bearings etc etc. Is there a GM or manufacturers set up manual or information as to the timing of the gears any or all help would be appreciated as I am getting old and forgetful |

Several years ago I saved several pages from a now forgotten website which gave mechanics the shop instructions including adjusting the brake bands. Without a doubt there is a US tech manual number and the series for the kind of work. Here is one page I saved:

TM 9-1750 covers the three-piece differential case, while TM 9-1750B is for the one-piece unit, but I can’t find a freely downloadable PDF of that just yet. I have found a few sites that sell reproductions of it, though.

Thanks guys I have that information but I helps only it is a 3 piece diff
Anyway I have the problem sorted Just a stange set up for timing and will make you think you are loosing your marbles |
