Well it took almost two years but I finally got my registration and insurance for the "Ranch Truck". Took some tweaking of the transfer case linkage and tightening up some oil leaks but managed to ease 60 miles onto the new motor at a nearby business park.

It's okay

I look thinner sideways!

Another Saved

Congratulations! It is nice to see another CMP on the road.

Nice truck, always good to see another one out there.
So inquiring minds want to know, how did you manage to convince ICBC to allow it to be registered? Did the recent win in a court case out there help out? In that, a judge ruled that the bureaucrat that was setting policy was in fact making rules and laws without it going through legislation, and devaluing assets belonging to individuals and businesses.

Absolutely it had everything to do with Mark winning his case against the director of the Commercial Vehicle Safety Enforcement. Western Command Myself and others contributed to the costly legal battle and even then the BS continues and it took a lot of phone calls and an experienced Insurance Rep to get it done.Got 104 miles on it and a first oil change.
Oil leak wasn't so much a leak as it had to much oil.
