Venting dissatisfaction
 

I've taken down the thread started by an unhappy customer. It is up to the buyer and seller to work this out.

In general, please do not use the forum to vent your dissatisfaction in cases like this.

I should have - and will - moderate these kinds of subjects more closely.

Venting elsewhere.
