Anybody a frequent visitor of the Bovington Tank Museum?
 

Hello everybody,

Do we have any members that frequently visit the Bovington Tank Museum? I'm looking for somebody with a DSLR camera willing spend an hour or so photographing one of the tanks in the collection on their next trip.

Are you on Missing-Lynx? Someone there has mentioned more than once that he lives near it.

Unfortunately, my membership has been "pending" over there for almost a year despite repeated inquiries as to why.

Which tank?

The Mark V** Ol' Faithful, the sole surviving ** variant of the Mk. V heavy tank.

A little outside the norm of this forum but technically still in service and operational in WW2 (they used the tank as ballast to test pontoon bridges).

Unfortunately I have none of that one.
