Shifting into Reverse - GM Gear Shift Pattern
Question: What model GM CMP with a single speed transfer case would engage reverse gear by shifting to the right and down?
My reason for asking is seeing a 1942 GM gear shift instruction plate which indicates that - sorry, no picture available. Thanks in advance. Brian |

Hi Brian,
...and the C15TA. If you have an original plate for sale, I would like to line up in the queue... |

As always there is slight differences in the shifter plates. Both line drawings are from the maintenance manual. Attachment 140170 Attachment 140171 |
