Lamps, Operator No. 1

Looking for one of these self contained, plug in style Wireless Set lamps with a pair of 1/8-inch diameter, pointed tip pins on the bottom.

Here is a top side view, Tim.

Not sure if the bulb cover is white, or a frosted clear plastic. Maybe both versions were available.
