Who knows where this site went?
http://www.canadianregister.co.uk Seems the URL is no longer valid, anyone involved knows what happened? Thanks, |
If it gone gone that will be a loss
Hi
If it is gone that will be a loss as they had some good information including PDF versions of most common CMP manuals. Been where I've directed many a new CMP owner who need a manual quick. Will have to remove the link on my Web page if they stay missing. Cheers Phil |
Canadian Register
Seems to be a server admin problem, hopefully it will be sorted soon,

Hello Alan,
Thanks for the response. I sent you an email a little while ago. Please let me know if the MLU team can be of any help. |
Hi Hanno,
The reason for the disappearance of the Canadian Register website was simple. The company I bought the domain name from failed to remind me to renew it when the time came, and someone from an Eastern European country registered it for them self, hoping I may buy it from them! I have since registered www.canadian-register.co.uk and the site is now up and running, well almost. We have not really done much with the records for a while and I am sure a few vehicles have changed owners and possibly countries. Also there must be a few new restorations out there. I am therefore looking for someone to take over the day to day running of the register, finding out who owns what. I will keep up with putting the info on the web site. Are you or do you know anyone that would be interested? Regards, Alan |
From the Home Page:
"Click the picture to see a full size picture on a new page." goes to a dead link. :D |
Glad It is back
Hi Alan
Glad you are back up and running, amazing how many times I refer people to your site. So it was a shock when it disappeared. Now I can update my bookmark. Cheers Phil |
