Perhaps the CBC (Canadian Bliovator Council) could spearhead a movement to eschew obfuscation.

Firstly,where the h-ll is my dictionary,and second,who the h-ll is Bill O'Reilly ?? I thought it referened to a new Irish pub,which would have sparked my interest. OH!
