O/T Help!!!
 

Can any of you guys help me with this. My Outlook Express will not recieve message number 8. I have been trying to get my emails since Friday night and keep getting this error message. I now have 187 incoming mails and can't get them. This happened once before and I had to wait till Monday to contact my server. They said then that there was a way to do this myself but didn't tell me what it was. They did it for me. Now I am LOST :confused

can you go to your server and access your mail. My company has virtual mail . I go to the company's main page and on it they have a link or sign in to mail . Using my name and password I can sign in and use their system to open and manage my mail. This way you can see if an extra large file is blocking the works. You can also go in to the properties of your mail and see if the download file size is set too small to accept a file sitting at your main server.
Are you timing out? Do you have high speed? Have the settings for recieving mail been messed with, can't hurt to look. Can you send mail?
Ulitimately if everthing doesn't work you may have to remove and reload your mail program.
