Round twelve of "Name That Vehicle"
 

This type of contest is being played out on a couple of other forums and each has it's different rules. In some, you must know the answer and on others it is more an ID request.

In the case of this photo, I have it on several forums and so far no one, including me, can ID the vehicle.

If you do not wish to have this type of post, ie, the sender does not know the answer, just let me know. I have hundreds if not thousands of ones to send where I do know the answer.
