Side curtain pouch .
On a C60L number 13 cab fitted with winch does the pouch ( envelope ) fit in the same place as in those cabs without the winch , as the winch hand brake tends to get in the way .

Hi Jim,
Can't be 100% sure about your C60L, but on my C30, fitted with winch it definately fits at the back of the cab. I'm not sure where else you would or could hang it. Hope this helps

Leaned against nearest tree
 

I always thought that the side curtains were supposed to be leaned against a convenient tree so that you could then drive off and forget them this is a logical explanation for them to be missing on so many trucks.
