Lost Thread
 

Hi Geoff,

I was in the middle of posting during the last crash and now the whole thread is gone. It was in the Softskin Forum and dealt with Ford truck identification re. the initials CGN, UGN and Divimpro.

Can that be recovered.

So that was it...

Sorry Bob, but no. The error we received was for a corrupted thread - something to do with the write process to the database - and the repair utility obviously couldn't fix it, so deleted the offending thread. It's not something anyone did, I don't think, just something which happens occasionally when the stars are out of conjunction (or something).... have to go look this one up and find out if there's a workaround for next time...
