Rubbers and Springs

I know ware I can get Part #CTL3615. But I need the 2 spirings part#CTL3618 anyone make them or ware can I find a Good substitute? just had a lookie at my carrier section ware all these parts go , they were missing, ? what does the spring accually do , and the Rubbers I know protect everything , Cheers Lads

Ok since i'm ansering my own thread , lets see if you lads have your thinking caps on: The springs that go at the end of the Brake rods on a UC , are they"Coil springs) or (Compresion Springs)?? 5 bands or 7 bands?, and metal thickness.
