C15A in desert trim?

Hi there,

are there any pictures from or is the any documentation about Chevrolet C15A's used in North Africa? Or used in desert trim? (except for the ones in Australia). Was the Sunshine-roof also used in Europe/Africa or just an NZ/Australian modification?

Looking forward to any replies.

I believe the sunshine roof was on just Australian produced Trucks.

Hi Cliff.

That's too bad. It would be nice to drop the roof when the sun peaks through the clouds. I think there's also and European version: cab nr. 43 but I'm not sure. I haven't seen any good pictures of it.
