Were Valentine's and Ram's fitted with armament from 1st production vehicle or were some armed upon arrival in Britian?

Were the 30 Valentine's kept for training the first off production line?

Would the 75mm turret from M8 fit on Valentine chassis would such a vehicle be useful?

Lastly why weren't the 15 Vickers light tanks not sent to Hong Kong to support infantry sent?
