Strange marking
 

On one of my CDN trailers I found these markings on the sidewall of the Tire. (The Tire is Canadien made) What does this indicate???? Was the tire marked like that when it was "no good" for service?
Please let me know if you have any info.

I have no clue of what the marking is for, but it must be a 10 cwt trailer.
Have just bought one my self, but havn't collected it yet.
If "The Northern Viking" will tell us his name, perhaps I would be able to tell, if your trailer is the 4th or 5th Canadian 10 cwt trailer I know of in Norway.
But any way, the marking is funny.....
