Morris WD numbers
 

Hello and greetings from sunny and warm Holland!
I have this picture of some Turkish Morris trucks in late WW2 and I think these are still in Brits WD numbers. I have enlarged the pic and I think the right truck should read:
Z4328412 but it is hard...

Your photos shows Ford WOT 2A 15cwt trucks not Morris, interesting though how and when Turkey recieved some ,would this have been wartime or post war

Thanks for the proper ID. It is an AP picture and the caption in a Dutch publication says it is "end of war"...

Z 4307852 to 4310851 Contract V/3861 Truck 15 cwt 4x2 GS ?? Why did they retain their WD Numbers? Odd.
