Bailey Bridges

OK, who's an expert on these things?

Reason I'm asking is a friend has purchased a number of side sections to use on his property and is trying to find out as much as he can about them.

He's in need of the pins which hold them together - 1 7/8" X 8 1/4". Can anyone assist?

Keith, try Brent Mullins in College Station, Texas. www.mullinsjeepparts.com He has a Bailley bridge set up on his property. I don't know if he has any pins but he might know of a source. A long shot but worth a try. How many does your friend need? I'm going to Brent's open house this Spring...maybe I can nick a few for him, that is after I've driven my truck off the bridge!

Keith,

I can dig out manufacturing drawing for most pins used in Bailey; main point to remember that US issue was to different manufacturing standards / tolerances to UK so parts do not fit together!!

Since you are down-under, I reckon you may have UK manufactured panels.

Let me knwo if you still need help.

David
