the Director of the Rideau Canal is an old friend of Rob and mine: Major (Retd) Gavin Liddy (Rob- did Gavin get LCol before he got out?).

Lets put the proposal to him that we collaborate... he would probably love to see a military flair added to the celebrations they are no doubt planning.
