Howard,

They are 13" rims with 9.00-13 tyres, could be from a Bofors gun.

What are the from?

They look to my novice eyes to be arty wheels, but what?
They are available for trade if anyone is interested. I am related to owner.

They seem to be 8.25-10 wheels off a British or Commonwealth 6 pounder Anti-Tank Gun.

Definitely not Bofors!

I would suggest posting the photo in a 6pdr. thread, as from MLU I have got the impression that these rims seem to be rather scarce. They would definitely be needed by someone trying to dress up an American 57mm M1A1 AT Gun as a British Gun, as this version was manufactured with combat wheel rims.

I agree on them being 6 pdr wheels. The towing rings on the end are a bit of a giveaway as well. It's been a couple years since I played with these tires, but weren't they 8.25 X 13?

Rob,

I refer you to the thread ' 6 Pounder AT ' started on April 27th 2004 in the WW2 Military History & Equipment section

See 6 Pounder AT and also see the wheels fitted to the towed version of 4.2in Heavy Mortar.
