Friendly Foes 2007 Niagara Falls June 8-10
 

The Russell Group Aviation is hosting their annual FRIENDLY FOES OVER THE FALLS Airshow the weekend of June 8-10, 2007. This plans to be the largerst prop driven airshow on turf in Canada.

This year the Russell Group's Messerschitt Bf 109E, Supermarine Spitfire, Hawker Hurricane will be joined by a B-17 Flying Fortress, Avro Lancaster, Junker Ju 52 and other vintage aircraft.

There will also be WW2 era military vehicles, weapons and re-enactors on display.

Just guessing, Chris, but I reckon that's the one. I'll know a few of the pilots there, although probably not well enough to cage a ride, but watching them do their stuff in their old birds will be OK.

... I'd love to see the Messerschmitt Me-109.

However, I'll be in Duxford in July enjoying the Spitfires and Mustangs. What a sound of the old Merlins, always makes me goose bumps.
