VR Carrier 2216
1 Attachment(s)
I recently purchased this carrier from Trafalgar East Vic. Missing a lot of internal fittings it is a good hull. I've also purchased another with most of the missing bits but an incomplete hull. Hopefully I will eventually get them together. So here they are.

Steering wheel
Quote:
The steering wheel is huge.. and on the wrong side..is it not..?? The whole machine 's front looks backwards,as if the picture should be flipped over,or I have had too many coffee's this morning..Which is it..??? :confused :remember :support :drunk: |

Hows that?
How can the steering wheel be in the gunners compartment? :confused
|
The steering wheel is currently situated in the gunners compartment and the bulkhead removed to enable more passengers to be carried around the property. The wheel is the correct carrier one attached to the correct steering column. It had a Chrysler Hemi in it when I first saw it about 15 years ago. Gone now. So I need an engine and gearbox etc. The etc means a lot of parts. Can't see it being at Corowa next year but who knows.

Well done, two more saved. Only other information I can give you at the moment is that VR #2216 was built under Order No. MOV. 1145. Bob |
