Wings and Wheels 18/19 August 2007, Ursel, Belgium
In about three weeks the " Wings and Wheels" show will be held again in Ursel, Belgium.
It looks like there is still room left for vehicles! http://www.wingsandwheels.be/ The " Tanks in town" event will be held in the weekend after wings and wheels, which might be of interest for visitors from overseas..... Alex |

Here are some shots of last weekend's show in Ursel Belgium. Sadly there weren't too many Canadian and British vehicles, but the show was really worth the visit nonetheless.

Hi Kenny,
I have been to Wings and Wheels three times now, all of them as visitor. This year will be the fourth time, but the difference with the other years is that I am now also a CMP owner. It is way too early for me to go to the event with it, though. So, I will be there "as visitor" again. As you can see on the pictures in this thread, I have admired your Ford last year; a really stunning piece of work! I will enjoy having a look at your truck again, next saterday! Have a good time at Ursel, I wish I was going to be there, but my wife claims that Tuscany is better for my cultural education, I can't imagine why? Additionally I have found an 8cwt wheel rim in the shed if you don't have a spare... kind regards nick |

Thanks for the offer,but I managed to buy a spare rim from Dirk together with my C8, so to be honest, I already have one. I haven't checked the condition of the other rims, though :confused. Wings and Wheels was well worth it again. I don't kow how the weather turned out on Sunday, but saterday was excellent.
I counted 3 CMP's, one carrier and a handful of Jeeps in Canadian markings. There was some interesting British stuff, including armor from the Brussels museum. Dirk Leegwater was there with a nice collection of CMP bits. It seems the number of visitors is rising every year and even though we thought we were pretty early, there were already hundreds of cars parked on the second air-strip when we arrived. Kenny, I admired your Ford again, but when we were there, it was sitting all alone. I recon you were walking around yourself at the time.
