Jo (Howard's wife) is the proud owner of this F15A and she and Howard paid it a visit today. Howard asked me to post this pic of Jo with her truck. The pic was taken some time ago.

The chassis has been extended at some time.

The lawn looks a little dry! I hope driving over it didn't do any damage.

... Ms Mud-puddle is way too good for Howard! Spoiled rotten he is...

:sheep:

(Pssst... Jo! Make 'im build yours before he builds his own... that'll teach 'im who's Boss! :yappy:

Jo's Truck

As Keefy said, Tony & I managed to find a couple of hours to check out the old girl (the truck) & make preparations for it's journey into town, about 15km.
We removed the radiator and drained the sump of about 10 liters of chrystal-clear water. A real mystery as to how it got in there as air filter & breather cap, bonnet & engine cover are all fitted!

Plot thickens...

Interesting enough.
But look at this. we have a similar thingy to Tonys mystery F15 .
Jo's engine number & Chassis number match, being 3G60423F.
I asked Keefy to post the data plate as I wasn't sure if the plate belonged to Jo's truck.
It appears as if Tony's truck dingbat has struck again????
3G6042F
Shows as being a '42 built in '44!?
Anyone have any ideas?

Nice wife, lovely kids, and the truck looks like it will come up fine.

What more could a man ask for

Col

Interesting point #2

Trivial to most, but regulars here would know my F15 was my Grandfathers. Well this F15A was his brother-in-law's and the two trucks went all over the state together on fishing, shooting and family holidays...
I have photos of the two of them together in the 50's (somewhere)...

Thanks, Col

Other than a shite load of money, honestly, not much...

I s'pose you COULD ask for friends who aren't needling bastards all the time, but then that would be too much, wouldn't it? :D

Way to go, Holgate clan! Ganmain grows bigger as we speak...

Great!
My wife Jo won't even come near my truck, let alone owning one herself. But if I drove up in a jeep. . . :rolleyes
