Any 49th LAA & 4th QOH Queries ?

I was originally a Driver/Wireless Operator in the 49th LAA Rgt. RA (Part of the 78th British Infantry Div) and when this was disbanded in December 1944 I was retrained and posted to the 4th Queen's Own Hussars as a Loader/Operator on a Stuart "Honey" tank.

Happy to answer any queries relating to either of these units or any other general research areas.

I haven't had a chance yet to visit your blog, but I promise you that I'm interested and that I will when I'm more awake (it's middle of the night here right now) ... I came to MLU, in about 2003, in search of information about an Uncle of mine, and have been helped by many people in here ... also met many of them ... have been here ever since! Great people, great place, and I hope you'll spend a lot of time in here :)
