Can anyone tell me what the following means?

P.J.T.N.Y.P.E.
- ARTIC LUBRICATED
- ANTI FREEZE 30 BELOW
- MECH PROSESSED
- BATTERY CRANCED - JUNE
- SHIPPED P.J.T.

Most of this is obviouse, but what is the letters in the beginning?
And what does "Mech Prosessed" mean?
Same wth "Battery Cranced - June"?
And last "Shipped P.J.T."?

I beleeve the letters means a spesifick port but which?

This was found on a photo. It is on the right hand side of the body, oposite of the fillerneck.
